At Gasspring.asia there are three ways how to size gas springs. If you do not yet know which gas spring you need for your application, use our calculator. First fill in the dimensions and other details of your application (for example a valve or hatch). Once you’ve done this, you’ll see a 3D preview of the gas spring in action. If the data and the 3D example are correct, you can simply click on ‘calculate’ and the correct gas spring will appear. It couldn’t be simpler!
How to size gas springs (or replace one)
If you already know how to size gas springs and what kind of gas spring you need, you can use our configurator. All you have to do is fill in some details, such as material, strength, mounting rod side and mounting tube side. Then simply add the relevant product to your shopping cart and pay. The ordered gas spring will then be sent to you as soon as possible.
Do you already have an application and a gas spring, but is it old and worn and in need of replacement? Then you can easily find a new one via our replacement tool. Enter the article number and you will receive various replacement options from various brands, such as Airax Rayflex, AL-KO, Lesjöfors, Stabilus Lift-O-Mat, Suspa Liftline and more. We have a gas spring for everyone, for example in terms of size and strength. Via the menu under Products you can easily navigate to the different gas springs, gas tension springs and mounting parts. We have steel gas springs up to 200 N with a 3.5 m thread, but also up to 5000 N with a 14 m thread. And everything in between of course!
